Bowling Event on Friday Feb 8th
For those who are confirmed for bowling, please plan to be at Brunswick Zone XL located at 100 E. Street Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 (Telephone Number: 215-322-7755) at 6:30 PM. Event starts at 7 PM, but we have to get ready prior to that. The cost has come to roughly 25 USD, and Kochachen has all the details of that. We are expecting the following people, but if others come we try for more accommodation.

Agenda for Sunday Feb 10th
We will be finalizing our activities for the year. We will also incorporate the feedback from Program Committee into our calender.
We will not be having discussion this Sunday
Our first official membership drive was conducted on 13th January 2013. We have 21 subscribed members for this year. If you would like to join our OCYM unit, please come to the meeting on alternate Sundays, and out next meeting is scheduled for 27th of January.
Minutes of Jan 13th Meeting.
• We came up with a list of items that we can buy for church using the remaining funds – Update; we later confirmed that the money is not available for our use anymore as the church accounts were closed and given for auditing.
• A decision was reached that we will collect USD 10.00 for this year’s membership.
• This years activities and tentative dates (pending committee approval) are the following
o Social fellowship (Feb 8th, 7-9 PM) – Bowling was floated as an idea
o Bake Sale (Feb 10th/17th OR some time after Easter)
o One day conference – Great Lent, , we need to work on a date and logistics
o CPR Class and certification – Anoop is registered to give classes, we need to work on a date and logistics
o Blood Drive – May 1st/2nd week – Logistics are being worked out
o One day trip, Families included – May/June, we need to work on a date, venue and logistics
o Summer Barbeque, Families included – July, we need to work on a date, venue and logistics – our homes are the suggested venue.
o Fishing trip – September, we need to work on a date and logistics
o In addition OCYM will be actively supporting Perunnal (July), Picnic (August), Harvest Festival (October) and XMAS caroling (Oct, Nov and December)
• For each week, one of our member will select a topic, discuss it with Kochachen and present and moderate a discussion in our meeting. This will be in addition to our regular prayers and songs.
